En 2015, les groupes de screamo se sont visiblement donné le mot pour tous nous foutre un grand coup de pied retourné dans la mâchoire. Et c'est pas ce split qui va briser la chaîne. Mesdames et messieurs, voici votre nouveau bourreau : un split 8" où se confrontent Raein, figure emblématique du hardcore italien dont le morceau "Tigersuit" est le tube interplanétaire du screamo mondial, et Ampere, l'enfant direct d'Orchid né des riffs de Will Killingsworth, qui collectionnent les splits avec des groupes de renom et dont les morceaux ne dépassent quasiment jamais les deux minutes. Ce dernier dévoile tout simplement les deux groupes au meilleur de leur forme, alors qu'ils n'ont plus rien à prouver, si ce n'est donner l'envie, encore une fois, de tout casser en pleurant pour Ampere, ou d'hurler à l'unisson dans une sorte d'euphorie collective que seule Raein peut créer.
